Dear Way Families,
The last three years at Way Elementary have truly been the highlight of my career, and not because of all the snacks in the staff lounge (though they didn’t hurt!). Seriously, thank you for all the incredible love, support, and laughter. It has been a joy to be part of such a dedicated and kind community. I’ll miss you all more than I’ll miss early morning alarms, and that’s saying something!
While I’m excited to begin this next adventure, I know I’ll deeply miss the sense of purpose and joy that comes from being part of this extraordinary school community. Thank you again for everything!
To our amazing students! Keep dreaming big, working hard, and always leading with kindness. You are the heart and soul of this school, and it has been an absolute joy to watch you grow. The friendships you build and the lessons you learn here will stay with you for a lifetime.
Love,
Mrs. Fiebke-Lang
Soccer Landscaping
Coach is ready to “tackle” the soccer field with grass seed to fix all the muddy patches! PLEASE pay close attention to the staked off areas so we can have a very healthy soccer field when school resumes. Your support is necessary and appreciated. Spread the word in your neighborhood so everyone is aware.
Thank you, Coach Schadler
Family Fun Night! THANK YOU
PTO & VOLUNTEERS
The Family Fun Night was a fantastic success! It was heartwarming to see so many families come together to enjoy an evening filled with laughter, games, and community spirit. The event was well attended, and the energy throughout the night was nothing short of joyful. From engaging activities to great conversations and shared smiles, it was a wonderful reminder of the strong connections that make our school community so special. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the night so memorable!

Way Community Book Club Sponsored by PTO
Every day, we have the chance to make a difference — not just in what we do, but in how we treat each other. DARE to CARE is our way of shining a light on those meaningful moments when someone:
- Connects with a teammate, student, or community member
- Acknowledges effort or a kind gesture
- Respect differences and value others' perspectives
- Engages with intention and empathy
These are the everyday actions that build a stronger Bloomfield Hills Schools — and we want to celebrate them! Every day, we get closer to our goal of 1,000 CARES this school year. Using the QR code below, or this link, please submit one or more entries to recognize the dedication of those who C.A.R.E. Your “deposits” are much appreciated.
Thank you.
